Sometimes it hurts is the name of our new skate deck design. Whether it’s skating or something that happend in your life, you know “Sometimes it just hurts”.

We’re back from our trip and it was a blast. More news to come later right now were a bit tired and still have to unpack….

Ok so we ended up going to this really awesome coffee farm, and I have no idea but they must have knew we were coming and reserved a spot for us πŸ™‚

While traveling around the streets, we have come across some really cool street art. It’s great to see art from totally different cultures. This is a color full pic of a cool piece made of the national bird called a quetzal. It’s been really great so far and we are stoked to be here πŸ™‚

While checking out the different stores that are over here I noticed this sign and had to snap a pic. After seing this im sure that whomever was going to walk into the store with a gun will surely just turn around haha.

While exploring around Guatemala we came across some really great local artists. We found a great group that uses recycled materials to make things such as laptop bags, purses, etc. They created jobs for local artists and stay green while doing it Great job! πŸ™‚

Just in case you are just tuning in we are on a trip to Central America. The weekend is like it used to be in the US years ago when shops were closed on Sundays. They close the central street and everyone goes out with their dogs, bikes, skateboards, and they have various tents setup on the side of the road with food and activities. Local food is great and if you are homesick don’t worry they have US food restaurants and spin offs like “American Doughnuts”. You see native locals of any age working to make some money.

It’s now Monday andΒ  The day looks great so keep checking back for more updates πŸ™‚

We are here now and promised to keep the blog consistent so here is a beautiful picture of the wing during flight. The ride was great and our space saving bag was perfect. No one asked to open it during customs so that was great, it would have been some scene trying to fit all those clothes into a backpack haha. Time to start the day, so check back later on for updates πŸ™‚

It’s been very busy lately, we have been planning a little trip to Central America. As you can tell by the picture we are bringing our design essentials. I have to say that I am very exited to test out these space bags that we got. If you have never seen them before they are like a giant zip lock bags that you suck the air out with your vacuum. They really fit a lot, for example that bag you see below (that fits in a backpack) is holding: 2 hoodies, 2 pair of pants , 2 pair of shorts, 1 pair of boardshorts and 10 shirts. I hope customs is not going to be a problem, because there is no way that all this is going to fit back in once opened haha.Β  We are leaving tomorrow and will be sure to be updating the blog with the latest pics so keep checking back πŸ™‚
